Referrals and Other Services
Please contact our reception team to inquire about other surgery services available
Referral for Specialist Treatment
You're entitled to ask for a referral for specialist treatment on the NHS. However, whether you'll get the referral depends on what your Clinician feels is clinically necessary in your case. If you wish to be referred to a specialist in a particular field, please book a phone consultation or complete an online consultation.
More information on referral to specialist care can be found at nhs.uk. Book, cancel or change a referral appointment using the NHS e-Referral Service. You can also use the e-Referral Service in the NHS App.
Private Referrals: Please allow 48 hours’ notice for a private referral letter to be done. Please do not book an appointment until we have confirmed a completion date for the requested letter.
District Nurses: If you have a query regarding the District Nursing Services, please visit oxleas.nhs.uk or call 020 8320 3550.
Presently there is a very long backlog in the NHS with regards to waiting times, and it is unlikely that patients will get a routine appointment within a few weeks. Please allow longer to be contacted regarding routine referrals.
If you have a question or query about a referral, please call 020 8300 1680 and select line 5 to speak to our Secretaries.

If you have a sharps box that is full and needs collecting, you can request a one-off sharps collection via this website, without needing a signed letter.
