Appointment System
Our usual appointments allow 10 minutes with a Clinician. If you have more than one issue, please submit a seperate accurx patient triage for each matter.
Due to unforseen circumstances, you may sometimes be seen later than your appointment time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these occasions.
You will need to make a separate appointment for each patient who is to be seen. If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive late for an appointment, it will be at the discretion of the Clinician.
Please note: Patients who fail to cancel their appointments may be removed from our practice, if they miss three appointments without prior notice.
Please do not request an appointment or medical advice via email, as it may be missed, and our email address is not for patient use. Appointments cannot currently be booked via the NHS App or other online service providers, as patients are required to submit an accurx patient triage.

Cancel an Appointment
It is important that you inform the surgery if you are unable to attend your appointment, as this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.
If you fail to notify the practice that you are unable to attend, you may be sent a letter informing you that you have defaulted from your appointment. Persistent defaulters could be removed from the surgery.

Home Visits
To request a home visit if you are housebound, please call the surgery as early as possible on 0208 300 1680, line 1.
If you have shortness of breath or chest pains, please call 999 immediatly.
The Doctor will call the patient or their carer back if they feel a visit is not appropriate, or if they need further information before visiting.
We cannot specify what time this will be or when the visit will be.
Please make sure you inform reception if you have a keysafe or access information that the GP will require.
