Important information about your surgery on Wednesday 25th March from 12.30pm until 4.30pm

The practice will be closed for essential staff training. During this time there are several ways in which you can still access services:

• For non-urgent matters such as test results, routine appointment bookings or repeat 
prescription requests please use the NHS App, complete an online consultation form or 
contact us by telephone when we re-open.
• If the reason that you are calling is URGENT but non-life threatening and cannot wait until we 
re-open at 4.30pm, then please call 0203 910 7205 where your medical problem will be 
assessed and appropriate care arranged.
• In a medical emergency telephone 999 or for advice telephone 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk. You can find a local pharmacy at nhs.uk/nhs-services/pharmacies.

Services at the practice will fully resume from 4.30pm on the same day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.
