The following IT systems are in use at the practice:

• Referral Management (using NHS numbers in referrals)
• Electronic Appointment Booking (the facility to book routine appointments online and, similarly, to cancel appointments)
• Online Ordering of Repeat Prescriptions
• National Care Records Service (uploading details of your current medication and allergies to the national “spine” so that these are available for doctors involved in your care elsewhere)
• London Care Record (a digital shared care record solution, which enables health and care staff to have one secure view of a person’s relevant heath and care information)
• GP to GP transfers (the electronic transfer of records from practice to practice when you re-register)
• Patient Access to Records (the facility to view your medical records online)
• Patient ability to contact the surgery via an online consultation

This list is not exhaustive and other IT systems may become in use to the practice in the near future.
